RETURNS:

Returns are made within 14 days of the day you received the product.

In order to make the return, it is necessary to:

  • The product should be in its original condition, be accompanied by the legal purchase documents (order receipt) .
  • In case of any wear e.g. (it has been worn / washed or the labels have been removed) the return is not accepted.
  • The transportation costs are borne by the buyer. The exception is the case of a defective product and if it is the sole responsibility of the store.
  • The product is not returned if it was at a preferential price BAZAAR or if it is a type of personal hygiene e.g. (regulation).
Upon the return of the products you return the monetary fee but not any transport costs, cash on delivery or bank expenses.

The Changes:

Changes are made within 14 days of the day you received the product.

In order to make the change, it is necessary to:

  • The change product should be equal to the highest value.
  • If the product is no longer available, a change is made with a different product of equal or greater value.
  • The product should be in its original condition, be accompanied by the legal purchase documents (order receipt) .
  • In case of any wear, e.g. (it has been worn/ washed or the labels have been removed) the return or change is not accepted.
  • The transportation costs are borne by the buyer. The exception is the case of a defective product and if it is the sole responsibility of the store.
  • Shipping costs are 2,50m for return & 2,50m for sending a new product within Greece. Returns for Cyprus the cost is 22€. (At any costs incurred due to increased weight of the new products are borne by the buyer.)
  • The change is not made if the product was at a preferential price of BAZAAR.
  • Shipping costs are 5 € for Greece. Returns for Cyprus the cost is 22€.

Returns of money

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or message to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then the refund will be processed and the credit will automatically apply to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain period of time.
